Curious to hear why you think Buffalo would be a strong destination for Gostisbehere. Seems like he could encounter some of the same struggles Montour has encountered (wanting to be possession-oriented D man with controlled exits, but being forced to dump and chase more frequently than is natural to his style of play/strengths).
His no trade list would probably be mostly the bad teams. Then the teams he would want to play for (contenders) might not view him as a #1 type anymore.
